Remember when "no, I got all of them cut" seemed like it was really witty?
I got my hair cut today. This is not really news, and I'm mostly mentioning it so that I can look back for this entry next time I get it cut to make sure if my estimate of 4-6 months between haircuts is accurate. Still, I did take a picture right before and after the haircut so I might as well put them up and stop being the last person who hasn't put up an autoportrait taken by holding a digital camera up to their face, on the web.

     

I'm sure you can figure out which one is before and which is after...

If I didn't know better, I'd say that the eerily similar pose preserved in both pictures meant that you'd taken a "base" pic and photoshopped, in the one instance, some hair on it -- and in the other instance, some shades. ;)

Let me assure you that the fact I managed to get the pose so similar is as big a shock to me as it is to anybody else. Especially since I didn't consciously try to make the same face, in large part because I didn't remember what face I did the first time by the time I got back. You can see the collar on the shirt lays slightly differently in the second shot though...

Haha! Yes, the collar is the seal of authenticity. UNLESS YOU PHOTOSHOPPED THAT TOO! Ah hah!
